I feel disgusting and ill.
But no, my thermometer does not seem to agree. It’s telling me that my temperature is like 96.2, which is pretty normal. But I’m just so stuffy and it’s hard to breathe. And my throat feels kind of weird, so I know I’m sick. And I just feel drained and exhausted. At the same time, I just want to hug someone and go to sleep. Why am I so weird. I like actually don’t...

Mothers know best.
I don’t understand how it necessarily works, but somehow, they’re right about everything. The majority of the time, my mom will be like, “Do this or else this will happen”. And I always refuse and guess what? That worst-case scenario that she earlier presented always happens. It’s like they know.  Mothers have this special intuition and wisdom and it’s kind of...

It’s so funny seeing everyone’s reactions as I carry the baby around school, especially in the hallways. Everyone gives me the weirdest looks and they always stare. And apparently, I’ve given a lot of people quite a scare. It’s actually hilarious. And my goodness, you can see a huge difference in the way different genders treat the baby. In my class, the guys are always...

Mochi hates the baby. I’ve actually never seen Mochi so scared before. Every time the baby starts crying, her eyes go wide open and then she scatters away. She freaking peed because she was so scared. This poor rabbit… LOL.

Anonymous asked: GPA is a flawed system, that's a given. The only application it has is college from my point-of-view. Many students don't like how society at our level is measured by standardized test. I think they don't just test your knowledge, but also your work ethic if anything. In high school I constantly hear kids saying things like. "I don't need a piece of paper from society to...

eloquentsoul: If only reality were as concrete, simple, and straight-forward as novels. Sentences, whether elongated and stretched or short and sweet, become the defining line between fantasy and make-believe. Those words, the ones that the author specifically chooses to stick between the pages, bring mystical life to dull pulps of fiction. Spines, hard and structured, bendy and broken-in; each...

I wish people could differentiate “honesty” from “confessions”. Honesty is just being honest. When you’re stating the truth, when relevant. When you’re confessing something, you’re confessing something about yourself that not a lot of people would know.  There is a significant difference. Get it right.

I’m sorry, but the half Asians at my school are so annoying. They act like they’re more Asian than the actual 100% Asians at my school. Just shut up.

The thing I love about writing personal narratives is that it’s pretty much equivalent to me sharing a story here on tumblr. Informal, but personal.  I better get an A on this, although I am putting absolutely no effort into it.

I’m so excited. I’m getting my baby tomorrow for my Individual and Family Development class. Obviously, it’s a fake baby, but with realistic qualities! As in, it’ll cry during the middle of the night and I’ll need to change its diapers and feed it and whatnot. But I’m so excited. I already called dibs on the Asian baby, obviously.

Don’t complain about how you don’t have any friends, when you yourself are the one to be at fault. You’ve pushed each and every single one of your close friends away. Even the ones who came back to you, even after you pushed them. But you really did it. You managed to leave yourself with no friends. Except for your boyfriend. But how stable do you think that will be?

If you call yourself worthless, then maybe you are. Because anyone that thinks that they’re worthless is a fool. A fool that is unable to see how precious their life is. A fool that is unaware of the brilliance of their presence. A fool that doesn’t realize that without you, everyone’s lives would be extremely different. If you can’t realize how great or wonderful you are...

I just saw a story on the news about this grandma getting hit and run three times in Fort Lee. Okay, I get the cruel idea behind running away after hitting someone, but to fucking intentionally back up and hit her again and proceed to do it again is just fucking inhumane. What’s more haunting is that her shoe was left on the road. God. I mean, that could’ve been my grandparents or...

I really want to go to college. That is all. Although, the subtraction of the college process would be rather lovely. But one can only wish, right? After all, it is all about working hard.
